Ok Dr. Phil’s wife, Robin, (yes groan, but listen up) has this new app out (iPhone and Android) that’s for people in abusive relationships. It’s called Aspire News and it’s disguised as a regular news app, but when you go to the “Help” section of the app, it leads you to domestic violence resources and also has a “Go Button” that when you press it, if you’re in a compromising situation, alerts local authorities as well as local shelters and starts recording everything that is going on.

Now, if you’re looking up resources on the app and your abuser is near, simply press the X button and it brings you to a random news page. Same goes for the actual foundation site.

everyone knows the classic soulmate aus right? the name on the body, the being able to see color one, etc. the one i’m thinking of is where the first thing your soulmate says to you is tattooed on your body, maybe it appears when you’re like 16 or something idk

so imagine ray narvaez jr waiting and waiting for his sixteenth birthday, dying to know who his soulmate is, and when the time comes, his mark doesn’t show. he checks everywhere he can see, gets a friend to help him really check everywhere (and michael is going to be taking favors from that for years), but there’s nothing. not a single mark, just empty skin.

he’s discouraged and upset but there’s nothing he can do. eventually (bc everything i do is fake ah related), he joins a gang of criminals. it’s not like he’s going to be leaving behind a soulmate if he dies on the streets of los santos, so he doesn’t really mind the danger, and being in the crew takes his mind off his missing other half.

and then they bring a new guy on, some merc who goes by the vagabond and shows up with a skull mask and a thick air of danger. ray takes to him immediately, and they end up bonding despite the fact that the masked man never talks. ray never asks why, and they spend more and more time together. he even learns to sign so that they can communicate more easily.

eventually, ray realizes that he has a thing for the masked weirdo which freaks him out because he’s broken, he doesn’t have a soul mark, and surely ryan has one that has nothing to do with him or he would have said something.

so he mopes about it for a bit before ryan figures it out (maybe someone tells him idk bear with me here) and pulls ray aside to take off his mask and ray is like “dude wtf” because ryan is furiously scrubbing at the paint on his cheekbone and when it finally comes off the words “yo, skeletor” are written on the skin which ray remembers having quipped the first time ryan came through the door. and ray finally realizes that there are no words on his skin because his soulmate doesn’t speak, and it’s been ryan the whole time.

then there’s crying probably because they’re losers and ryan signs that he didn’t say anything because he was just the freak in the skull mask and he didn’t think ray would go for him and ray just calls him an idiot and kisses him and then they’re happy forever okay the end
